Dermal Fillers offer a long lasting, but temporary, non-surgical alternative to help reduce signs of wrinkles and to add volume in areas of the face where it has been lost due to aging, thus returning definition to facial features.  The role of fillers in the skin is to deliver nutrients, hydrate the skin by holding water, and act as a cushioning agent.  We offer some of the most advanced injectable cosmetic products available -  Juvaderm, Voluma,  Volbella, and Perlane, Restylane and Radiesse.  These treatments can assist you in achieving your goals with long lasting results, and without the need for surgery and recovery times.  Surgical correction will not add volume, but is the best and the permanent way to correct facial laxity.  Once loose skin is removed and the muscles underneath are tightened, fillers will be much more effective in sculpting and molding your facial features.

Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, Restylane, and Perlane,  are hyaluronic acid fillers made from natural sugars called carbohydrates.  Radiesse is made up of hypoxylapatite, a synthetic version of the same mineral that makes up your bones and teeth.  Because they all are naturally occurring substances in the body, no allergy testing is required and the body naturally metabolizes them completely over time, with no residual.

The average treatment results last six months up to one year.   Voluma is the most highly cross-linked of the filler choices.  It can last up to two years when multiple syringes are used.  It is best used to give lift in the lateral mid face.   In some cases,  it is the only filler which will give specific desired results.  It is almost twice to cost of the other fillers.  Volbella and Vollure are the newest of the hyaluronic acid fillers and are used for softer corrections and fine lines.  Radiesse is used on bone for best results and is a very good volumizer.   It is used mostly in the lateral cheekbone area and temples.   Additional Dermal Filler treatments will be required periodically, generally within 6-10 months, for the desired effect you have achieved to continue.  If continued treatments overlap, product will not absorb as quickly and future results will last longer.
